No expansion potential at current location. Needs a new location with a drive through and larger retail space or an expanded menu and dining space.

Competition / Market:

Three other downtown shops, none with drive through. One apx 4 miles away that is ONLY drive through. One on the bypass that has a drive through and while you can walk in, there is no real dining area. NONE of them offer house made bakery fare. One has a small sandwich selection and all have a few grab and go pastry wholesaled. We are expecting a chain to open within the year on the bypass that will have a similar menu and drivethrough.

Reasons for selling:

Doesn’t work in this location well, not interested in starting over in a new location.

Mon-Fri 8-5, Sat 9-2.
