An established garments manufacturer based in the textile hub of Pakistan is for sale. Its current customers are spread across Pakistan and include some top Pakistani (and international brands). Manufacturer currently has orders of over 100,000 products plus.
The business employs around 60 members of staff including management and workers. The manufacturer has around 75 working and modern machines.
Due to the owners wishing to move to Canada, they wish to sell the business and its assets – both to be sold and transferred to a new entity so that only the business is transferred and not the liabilities. Currently, there are no liabilities on the books.
The business is currently run on a one shift basis.
