The company is located on a one hectare plot – plan as the allotment designated for service and production activities, separated from a larger five-hectare allotment constituting a development reserve (in most of the 5th and 6th class of land). It has two entrances – from a municipal road and a poviat road (distance to the A2 motorway – 35 km, and 2 km from the planned S25).
