We offer for sale an oil and gas field located in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, 40 km from the city of Nadym. A license area is for sale with the right to acquire a 100% stake in an open oil field, ready for development, with significant further prospects for the development of the project.
The volume of 315 million m³ of gas and 5 million tons of light oil was supplied to the State Balance in categories C1 and C2. The presence of high-quality oil, which is characterized by a low content of sulfur and paraffin, has been proven, the gas is saturated with methane. Prospects for recoverable resources of the license area are estimated at 111 billion m³ of gas and 93 million tons of oil and condensate. Geological exploration work has been carried out, incl. 754 line km of 2D seismic, 4 wells were drilled and tested. Practice shows that after long downtimes, the natural structure at the level of gas-bearing horizons levels off and an increase in resources is possible. Much more liquid products appear in the composition of the produced gas compared to what it was before the moment of conservation. There is permission and projects for drilling the next 2 wells. A field with a long development period, located in one of the largest regions of oil and gas production.
The license was issued in 2001 for a period of 25 years, the field received the status of an industrial one, the license can be extended after 2026. Today, the company fulfills its license obligations. The region has a long and well-developed gas export infrastructure that runs through the bloc. The main gas pipelines Yamburg-Tula pass through the northeastern part of the block. Gas pipelines Progress (Yamburg – western border) and Urengoy-Tsentr I pass through the southeastern part of the block. The nearest central gas treatment plant is located at a distance of 19 km from the site
