Description

The farm includes:

– a land massif with an area of ​​20 hectares, which is owned by individuals, has suitable land characteristics for planting any berry crops, which is confirmed by laboratory soil tests in 2018-2019;

– 4 (50x10m) greenhouses are fully operational (installed in March-April 2021). The frame is metal, the dome is covered with a film in 2 layers + a screen (3rd ceiling), inside it is fully equipped on a turnkey basis for growing various crops, as well as 1.5 m3 tanks (mechanical fertigation unit) for settling water and adding fertilizers before watering;

– a house with a plot of land of 50 acres in the immediate vicinity of the land plot, which were used to organize an office, warehouses, a garage for equipment.
